[Call for papers]

Those who intend to participate this symposium will be welcome.
Please send abstract(s) of your papers to Dr. Keiji Kawai (kkawai@kumamoto-u.ac.jp) before 31 August, first of all.
We will distribute all of you proceedings and program at the registration desk, which will be opened at 9:00-10:00 on 1 November at seminar rooms of Kumamoto University.

3 November: 09:00-11:40

Banqet:
2 November at the KKR Hotel Kumamoto (18:30-21:00)

Closing ceremony:
3 Novermber at a seminar room (11:40-12:00)

Excursion (3 November):
13:00 November 3, Leave Kumamoto University for Mt. Aso, 40 km east from Kumamoto, by a bus. Sightseeing of Aso caldera and Shirakawa fountain. Return to the hotels at around 18:00. If you want to join the excursion, please contact Dr. Kawai (kkawai@kumamoto-u.ac.jp). The fee is 1,000 JPY for lunch. Since the capacity of the bus is 27 seats, the principle gthe foreigners are the firsth is applied.

[Registrations]

The registration desk is on the ground floor of Ichi Go Kan Building (Building 34 in Kurokami South Campus) on 31st of October and in Meeting Room D on the 2nd floor from 1st to 3rd of November.

Registration fee should be paid at the registration desk.

Registration fee: 10,000 yen
Student's registration fee: 5,000 yen
(These include the booklet, CD, lunch, coffee, reception and banquet)

Accompanying person's fee: 5,000 yen
(This includes lunch, coffee, reception and banquet)

Additional paper fee: 5,000 yen
(If participants present more than one paper, they should pay 5,000 yen
per eac‚ˆ additional paper.)

Aso excursion: 1,000 yen (including lunch and entrance fees)

Those, who are interested in the temporal design, will be all welcomed.


[Reception, Presentation, Coffee Break and Lunch]

The reception will be held in Meeting Room B from 18:00 on 31st of October. The presentation is performed in Meeting Room B from 1st to 3rd of November. The participants can take coffee break and lunch in Meeting Room C and D during symposium. Since the restaurants in the campus will be closed during symposium, Japanese style lunch boxes are prepared.
